Betting has been banned in Brazil since 25 September 2026

Provisional Measure 1,394 banned fixed-odds betting. New deposits are already prohibited, and even operators licensed by the Prizes and Betting Secretariat go offline from 6 October. A site still asking for a deposit to bet is not authorised to do so.
