On August 9, 2025, the CVM's Superintendência de Relações com o Mercado e Intermediários published Ato Declaratório No. 23,750 concerning A3 Invest Assessoria de Investimentos Ltda.
The declaratory act informs the market and the public that the firm is not authorized by the agency to solicit clients residing in Brazil or to provide investment advisory services, as it maintains no relationship with any securities market intermediary — a violation of item I of article 4 of Resolução CVM No. 178/2023. The agency ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors residing in Brazil, under a daily fine of R$ 1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior violations.
