On April 7, 2025, the CVM's Superintendence of Market and Intermediary Relations published Ato Declaratório No. 23.246 concerning Bravo Assessoria em Investimentos Ltda., which operates the site bravoinvestimentos.com.br.

The ruling declares to the market and to the public that the parties named are not authorized by this Autarquia to carry out the activities in question [investment advisory services and management of securities portfolios]. The regulator ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors residing in Brazil, under a daily fine of R$ 1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior violations. The CVM's announcement of April 10, 2025 restates the order.
