On June 24, 2025, the CVM's Superintendência de Relações com o Mercado e Intermediários issued Ato Declaratório No. 23.539 concerning Digital Smart LLC, which operates under the Bullex brand and the site bull-ex.com.
The act declares to the market and to the public that the parties named are not authorized by the regulator to act as securities intermediaries or to raise funds from investors for investment in securities, as they are not part of the distribution system set out in Article 15 of Law No. 6.385/1976. The CVM ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors resident in Brazil, under a daily coercive fine of R$1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior violations. The CVM's news release of June 26, 2025 restates the order.
