IXXEN presented itself as an international brokerage dealing in indices, equities, currencies and crypto assets, with accounts ranging from US$2,500 to US$250,000, leverage up to 1:400, and a stated head office variously in Canada or Germany depending on the source. The site ixxen.com, registered in June 2020, operated in that form from June 2023 to September 2025 and now returns an error; the Portuguese-language version, pt.ixxen.com, was live between March and October 2024, while the trading terminal and the payment portal ran on domains of their own. There is no app in either store. The brand's profiles and channels posted in French and in Portuguese.
On 30 April 2024, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the French market regulator, added ixxen.com to its blacklist of unauthorised crypto-asset derivatives offerings. That is the only regulatory action we were able to locate. The brand holds no CVM registration, and we found no action by the Brazilian Central Bank, by any Procon office, or by Brazilian police naming it.
The script, as the accounts describe it
The Brazilian accounts differ from those tied to other brands in this record: there is no WhatsApp group with a "professor" here. A "broker" or "specialist" calls every day, walks the victim through opening the account, sometimes asks for remote access to the computer, and collects deposits by Pix through Brazilian payment facilitators. After a larger deposit, the contact goes dark, or the withdrawal is refused on grounds of "incorrect investment" and buried under repeated document requests. One international review service reports a Brazilian losing US$35,100 in December 2024, with the platform simulating trades.
IXXEN has no page of its own on Reclame Aqui: the complaints sit on the pages of the Pix facilitators the money passed through and on that of an unrelated shop with the same name — companies that are not the scheme itself. For that reason, this page cites complaints by date rather than by the reputation score of the page.
Sister brands
A law firm representing victims and an April 2025 news report list IXXEN alongside EBDOX, TDASX and CRXXE as "fake international brokerages." Beyond that list, no technical data point or victim account connects IXXEN to the others: its script is a different one.
What the sources support, and what they do not
They support: the AMF blacklisting; the fact that the domains have gone offline; that the brand holds no CVM registration; and that public accounts describe the script above. They do not support: who is behind it, the total amount lost, or any link to the other brands beyond the law firm's list. The head office, licence and leverage figures come from the site itself and from review services, not from any regulator. The payment facilitators named in the accounts are real companies and are not treated as identifiers here. No individual is named on this page.
If you were caught
File a police report with your supporting documents. If you sent money by Pix, ask your bank to open the Mecanismo Especial de Devolução as soon as possible, giving the facilitator's name and the date. If you granted remote access to your computer, change your passwords and review account access. If you sent crypto, CyberX's wallet lookup is free.
