On November 8, 2025, the CVM's Superintendência de Relações com o Mercado e Intermediários issued Ato Declaratório No. 24,167 concerning Kryvo, which operates the site kryvob.shop. The same act also names Arkana, Avalon, Avant, Blend, Capital Binary, Casatrade, Drex, Elysium, Gala, Investin, Lite, Metatake4, Neoxbroker, Nexus, Nyrion, On, Opex, Option Broker, Shark, Softbroker, Suabroker, Verso Binary, Zeamy, each of which has its own page in this registry.
The act declares to the market and to the public that these entities are not authorized by the regulator to act as securities intermediaries or to raise funds from investors for investment in securities, as they are not part of the distribution system established in article 15 of Law No. 6,385/1976. The CVM ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors residing in Brazil, under a daily fine of R$ 1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior violations. The CVM's news release of November 13, 2025 reiterates the order.

The act supports the statement that the CVM identified evidence of the conduct described and that the company lacks the authorization required for it.
