On January 12, 2026, the CVM's Superintendence of Market and Intermediary Relations published Declaratory Act No. 24,680 concerning the "Onil" or "OnilX" group: 3Specht CCV Ltda., 3Specht CTB Ltda., Aureum Investimentos Ltda., DLL Capital Ltda., Onil Business Ltda., Onil Exchange Internacional S/A, DRD Business Ltda., DRD Business 4 Ltda., MGA Capital Ltda., Nexseed Investimentos Ltda., P7 Capital Ltda., Port For Business Praia Grande Consultoria e Investimentos Ltda. and D1 Tecnologia e Negócios Ltda., which operates under the OnilX brand and the site onilx.com.br.
The act declares to the market and to the public that these entities are not authorized by the regulator to act as securities intermediaries or investment advisers, or to raise funds from investors for investment in securities, as they are not part of the distribution system established by Article 15 of Law No. 6,385/1976. The agency ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors resident in Brazil, under a daily fine of R$1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior violations. The CVM notice of January 14, 2026 reiterates the order.

The act establishes that the CVM found evidence of the conduct described and that the company lacks the authorization required for it.
