On November 8, 2025, the CVM's Superintendence of Market and Intermediary Relations published Ato Declaratório No. 24,167 concerning Softbroker, operator of the site softbroker.com.br. The same instrument also names Arkana, Avalon, Avant, Blend, Capital Binary, Casatrade, Drex, Elysium, Gala, Investin, Kryvo, Lite, Metatake4, Neoxbroker, Nexus, Nyrion, On, Opex, Option Broker, Shark, Suabroker, Verso Binary, and Zeamy, each of which has its own page in this registry.
The instrument declares to the market and to the public that these entities are not authorized by the regulator to act as securities intermediaries or to raise funds from investors for investment in securities, as they are not part of the distribution system established under Article 15 of Lei nº 6.385/1976. The CVM ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors residing in Brazil, under a daily fine of R$ 1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior infractions. The CVM's November 13, 2025 announcement reiterates the order.
