On February 24, 2026, the CVM's Superintendence of Market and Intermediary Relations published Declaratory Act No. 24,856 concerning Visfh Corp LLC, operator of the sites eloxiumbroker.com, oryxbroker.com, and trustxbroker.com. The same act also names Axiun Broker Corp LLC, Clarus Option Corp LLC, Delta Broker LLC, and OB Trader Corp LLC, each of which has its own entry in this registry.
The act declares to the market and to the public that these entities are not authorized by the regulator to act as securities intermediaries or to raise funds from investors for investment in securities, as they are not part of the distribution system set out in Article 15 of Law No. 6,385/1976. The CVM ordered the immediate suspension of any public offering, direct or indirect, to investors resident in Brazil, under a daily fine of R$ 1,000.00, without prejudice to liability for prior violations. The CVM's notice of March 4, 2026 reiterates the order.
